Mould Steel:    

1. cavity & core steel:  P20 mould steel, made in Germany, HRC31-33        

2. inserts & slides steel:   H13(DIN1.2344), tempered with HRC42-55, Nitrited with HRC60-65, measure up to D-M-E metric standard           

3. mould spare parts:   H13 ( DIN1.2344), tempered with HRC40-45, Nitrited with HRC60-62, measure up to D-M-E metric    standard            

4. mould base:   1.1730, made in China.                    

Delivery Date:      

It takes 7 days for 2D part drawing and 3D mould design, the first testing sample will be sent to the buyer within 40 days after 3D mould drawing was confirmed, 55 days for shipment.                

Mould Service:

a. Shiny Tool & Mould will send weekly mould progress report and tooling schedule.              

c. Shiny Tool & Mould will send the mould testing video, 2D part drawing and 3D mould design before shipment.   

Payment Terms: 50% deposit by T/T, the balance 50% will be paid before shipment                             

Notice:

1. The quoted price valid for 3 months, the quoted delivery time just according to our company current production situation   and schedule. 

2. Above injection capacity may have 20% tolerance, because of material MFI, injection machine type and other factors.
